November 26, 2009: Come run in our 5k family fun run on Thanksgiving morning then enjoy a guilt-free Thanksgiving feast because you've already burned all those calories. Kids can race our Turkey in the Tiny Tot Turkey Trot. The race is run on the campus of the University of Alabama in Huntsville. Registration begins at 7:00 a.m. at Spragins Hall.

The race will start at 8:00 a.m. Long sleeved T-shirts will be available to the first 500 runners.

Children under six race in the Tiny Tot Turkey Trot. Registration is a can of food for HOPE Place. The winner gets a "Turkey in Tennis Shoes Trophy" just like the adults. Children race at 9:00 a.m. Awards will be presented at 9:45 a.m.
